Came here straight after the Limerick trophy parade in central Limerick and sadly this branch was really disappointing.

The chicken was so incredibly dry, easily one of the worst pieces of chicken I’ve eaten in my entire life. It was dry, dry, dry… drier than the Sahara Desert, and that’s saying something.
I still finished it because I was hungry after the event. The chips were okay and there was nothing wrong with the drink, but the chicken was a massive letdown and pretty much ruined the meal.

It’s a shame really, as I do generally enjoy Supermacs, but this particular branch was nowhere near up to par. Disappointing experience, especially on what should have been a celebratory day.

From myself and all the staff in Eurogiant Parkway shopping Centre I’d like to thank Liam the manager so much for kindly donating pizzas to us during our closing sale today we truly appreciate it and the food was absolutely beautiful!

After leaving with 46 people from the Limerick College it was 10.30pm so we just called in on the chance they might feed us and even though they knew that we would make them late closing they didn't care, they were nothing less than excellent, food was perfect, restaurant was spotless and just an all round amazing experience. Well done and your all a credit will definitely stop again and would highly recommend 👍

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Supermac in Castletroy. I specifically requested extra sauce for my red-hot wings, but to my dismay, I was given red hot wings sauce soup instead( See the pictures). This inconsistency in their service leaves me baffled and frustrated. It seems like they are always at the extreme ends, either providing too little or completely missing the mark. I had high hopes for my meal, but unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning the quality of their food and attention to customer requests.

Just dropped in here, an was i delighted the staff an the manager were so nice... the food was lovely, and fresh. well worth a vist.
